Refund policy
We strive to ensure that our customers enjoy our products, but we do not have a return/exchange policy. We will accept returns if the product is damaged or if you received the incorrect product and notify us within 7 days.
If your order is eligible for a return, please keep the packaging and the original invoice ready to return your order. Please contact us and we will arrange for a return shipment. If our logistics partner does not have a return facility in your area, you can ship it to our warehouse using your own logistics partner. Taxes, tariffs, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
