Outside-city orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that the delivery timings can change based on the circumstances.
Transit Risk
If the Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Parista Foods will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days, and after confirmation from the customer, then we will reprocess/reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability
